Hi,
My device had to be replaced because it was defective and now I cannot register the devide with the code I have. What do I need to do to de-register the old device and register the new one?

You can submit a support request at http://www.smoresoft.com/support (http://www.smoresoft.com/support). It is helpful if you include your registration code, in case you've changed your email address since you registered.
I've activated your registration code for your replacement device, so you can register on the new device now.
