Error in Sampler #8?

Hello,

I am new to Sudoku, so could the solution of this be very easy: Please take a look to this picture (Green digits are my ones): http://mitglied.lycos.de/knalla006/download/smoresoft_sampler_8.jpg

Am I totally wrong if I think that it is not possible to solve this puzzle because you can't add a 1 in the lower three squares. In the left one you can't add one because there is no place for it and in the other one's not, too, because there are already 1's. Is this wrong?

Hi weirdnoise!

You're right, the puzzle cannot be solved because you've entered some incorrect digits (the green digits).  You can undo your moves or restart the puzzle and then figure out the correct values that allow you to complete it.

You can rest assured that the puzzle has a solution.   I'll give you a hint... the 1 goes where you put the 9.
